Tester itself very informative and useful, of a good quality. Main issue for me - can't connect to Poco phone via Bluetooth. Also would be great to have direct links from the product page to manual, tools and firmware files.

These days everyone can clone and create hardware, but most important thing is the software and support, that's what charger-lab is good at it, polishing and updating software.
Fnirsi guys should work on pc software's user interface and add new abilities.

The device itself is well made and beautiful to look at. It is very functional and intuitive in many aspects of its design. I look forward to many years of use with this tool. I did find the ordering process lacked sufficient communications as there was a significant lag of approx. 10 days from the time I orderred the device to the time it actually shipped and when it shipped the notification did not really tie back to my order. As I had been ordering a lot of things around the time I did not know if it had been shipped, until it was delivered. This is not a fault of the product though. The packaging of the product is fantastic, and I am really pleased I purchased this item.

I have just received the FNB58.
The installed FW is 3 version old. To update it I need the USB App. Now, I have been searching for 2 hours, but I cannot find this app. I'll spend some more time searching, and if I cannot find it I'll send it back. I'll change my review if I fix this issue
UPDATE: PC App and FW installed
1) browse fnirisi.com + Download + Firmware + scroll down to the USB Tester section
2) click to FNB58_V0.68.zip + extract the directory
3) from the USB Tester, download also the USB_Tester_App_PC_Software.txt
4) open the file and copy the link with “PC Software”, and download the zip file, open it and extract the directory + run UsbMeter.exe. A small mostly black empty window appears in your screen.
5) keep the FNB58 powered off and disconnected. Press the wheel button on the device and keep it pressed while you connect the micro-USB marked as PC connection
6) at this point the App on your pc should show a populated window. Select the System tab (it is up on the left)
7) on the middle right there is Folder icon, click it and go to the dir where you saved the Firmware file. The box below should show that the file is valid
8) click the refresh icon on the bottom right. The firmware upgrade should start. Follow the progress on your device. My first attempt stopped at 6%, I disconnected/reconnected the cable and repeated the process. This time it worked

I'm looking for updates, firmware and software.... but none is available for FNB58!
This model is discounted right now, and they pulled the upgrades/firmware! WHY?
Fnirsi makes lots of products and I purchase many of them, and I love them, but pulling support for existing products is not what I like to see! Makes me uneasy to purchase more products!!!
