Warning Tips:

1. Do not connect a power supply exceeding 24V to the tester.

2.The FNB38 USB-A input port supports high-power input (such as 20V * 5A = 100W. The USB-A output port can withstand 5A current for a short time, The Micro-USB input port does not support large current and high power, and its input current cannot exceed 2.5A. When using high current and high power, it is recommended to use Тype -C female output.

3. The HID-USB interface is only used for data transmission

4. When using high voltage and high power, the temperature of the tester will rise. Please be careful to prevent burns.

When upgrading the firmware of the USB tester, you need to confirm the model first. Please do not use the firmware of other models to upqrade to avoid unexpected errors.

Tester is very good, but not a Bluetooth option.

Tester itself very informative and useful, of a good quality. Main issue for me - can't connect to Poco phone via Bluetooth. Also would be great to have direct links from the product page to manual, tools and firmware files.

Outdated software

These days everyone can clone and create hardware, but most important thing is the software and support, that's what charger-lab is good at it, polishing and updating software.
Fnirsi guys should work on pc software's user interface and add new abilities.

Can't compete with rivals

I don't want to mention the company name, but other rivals have 12 MB of memory that users can write and add their own Lua programs, added many options like reading Apple chargers serial number and...
Unfortunately, Fnirsi doesn't give updates and didn't add new capabilities for a long time, the hardware is outdated and incapable of getting new implementations, so I can't recommend this product to anyone.

FNIRSI® FNB58 USB Fast Charge Tester

The device itself is well made and beautiful to look at. It is very functional and intuitive in many aspects of its design. I look forward to many years of use with this tool. I did find the ordering process lacked sufficient communications as there was a significant lag of approx. 10 days from the time I orderred the device to the time it actually shipped and when it shipped the notification did not really tie back to my order. As I had been ordering a lot of things around the time I did not know if it had been shipped, until it was delivered. This is not a fault of the product though. The packaging of the product is fantastic, and I am really pleased I purchased this item.
