The shipment was made after I asked about the training. I placed the order on August 24, and the shipment was made on September 2.
The promised 20 days have passed, the site asks for feedback. I haven't received the package yet. I have no way to share my impressions of the product as I have not received it yet.
There is also sometimes no response to the chat. I asked for a refund, they refused, assuring that everything would come on time.

Hello, I am writing for the hs-02 that I received today.
The device reached me, I used it and was satisfied. It is a nice product. But I have a problem. It got stuck while updating the firmware, although I did not intervene.
I copied the HS-02A_V1.6.bin file belonging to the hs-02a on your website into the BOOTLOADER. The phrase "Updating the firmware" appeared, but it waited for a long time without any response. It is still the same. I cannot use the product and I cannot cancel the update.
I expect a quick solution from you. Thank you.
For some reason, my soldering iron had no adapter cable included. The quality control of the included tips seems to be unsufficient. The packaging was good.
